您好，我司是TS16949认证机构，做TS16949认证可以和去取得联络，我的资料里面有我的联络方式。
TS认证需要提供以下资料：

　　（3） 内审审核计划 Internal audit plan
　　（4） 内审审核报告 Internal audit report
　　（5） 管理评审计划 Management review plan
　　（6） 内审员培训证书 Certificates of internal auditors
　　（7） 汽车类产品和顾客清单 List of automobiles and customers
　　（8） 顾客的特殊要求 Specific re of customers
　　（9） 顾客工程规范清单 List of customers’ technical specifications
　　（10）过程分析表 Table of process analysis
　　（11）过程方法分析图 Analytical graph of process approach
　　（12）合同和申请书 Contract and application
　　（13）企业营业执照　Business license等
